This is an original limited edition print, signed by the artist.
Originally created as Angie's largest linocut yet, as part of Ditchling Museum of Art + Craft's Big Steam Print project. 'Saltmarsh Storm', the original larger linocut, was produced in a variable edition of four copies. This smaller screen print incorporates the original linocut image with additional separations hand drawn and painted by Angie.
ABOUT OUR ORIGINAL PRINTS
Most of the works we offer are original prints, made using traditional printmaking techniques such as linocut, wood engraving, lithography, screenprint and etching. Each process has its own particular character, from the carved marks of relief printing to the drawn or painterly qualities of lithography and screenprint.
