Our packing & delivery rates are based on total order value. If your destination country isn't listed here, please contact us for a shipping quote.
To the UK:
Unless otherwise stated, smaller items such as books will be posted by 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail in secure packaging.
We ship all prints to UK mainland addresses with the Royal Mail or ParcelForce – both will require a signature on delivery.

Order value £50.00 – £99.99 – packing & delivery will be £7.95
Order value £100.00 – £249.99 – packing & delivery will be £9.95

To Europe:
Unfortunately, we're not currently able to deliver smaller items to addresses on mainland Europe.

To US and Canada:
Unless otherwise stated, we ship all prints via Royal Mail International Signed For.

Unless otherwise stated, we ship all prints via Royal Mail International Signed For.

Order value from £50.00 – packing & delivery will be £70.00
Please note: with certain prints which cannot be rolled or combinations of different items, we may exceed the maximum dimensions for shipping via Royal Mail or via overseas courier with our usual shipping rates. In such instances we reserve the right to cancel the order and to discuss alternative shipping options/costs via courier. We'll contact you before any charge has been made to your credit card.
Also, in some instances we're not able to deliver to overseas PO Box addresses. If this is the case, we'll contact you before processing your payment.
Taxes: All custom charges, taxes or import duties that may be payable are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, not St. Jude's.
Delivery times
We aim to ship orders within 3/4 days of receipt. Delivery will be shortly after that, depending on shipping method and your location.
Unless otherwise stated, for UK addresses, smaller items are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery (which will arrive the day after shipping). Larger items are generally sent by ParcelForce using their 48 hours service.
If you’re purchasing a gift and need delivery by a specific date please contact us first.
Taxes/customs for orders from outside the UK
Most of the prints we offer are sold on behalf of the artist and no VAT is applicable. The same is true for most of our books.
But for products that do have a VAT element, please note that for all orders from the North America, Australia, New Zealand and other countries where UK VAT is not applicable, 20% will be deducted from your order once the shipping address has been entered at our checkout.
After that point, all custom charges, taxes or import duties that may be payable are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, not St. Jude's. Your local government's website should give an indication of the custom charges that might be payable.
