The two prints produced by Linda and Peter Green for this exhibition continue to explore their collaborative working method. The original images, worked from drawings and photographs, were developed by Linda, Peter was then involved in the formalisation of the design and cutting of the stencils. It’s a process they have developed over recent years and also forms the basis of the design of their printed fabrics for St. Jude’s.
ABOUT OUR ORIGINAL PRINTS
Most of the works we offer are original prints, made using traditional printmaking techniques such as linocut, wood engraving, lithography, screenprint and etching. Each process has its own particular character, from the carved marks of relief printing to the drawn or painterly qualities of lithography and screenprint.
