Cancelling your order
If you would like to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us so that we can cancel the order on our system before authorizing your payment. If your print(s) have already shipped we will be happy to exchange or refund within 14 working days (see below).
Returns, exchanges and refunds
We are happy for you to return items that do not meet your expectations, if returned to us in perfect condition. Prints should be returned to St. Jude's, 3/5 First Floor, St. Marys House, Duke Street, Norwich, Norfolk NR3 1QA. We would suggest that you use some form of delivery service that requires a signature. Once we have received the print(s) (in the condition in which they were sent) we can either offer you an alternative print or a full refund of the print value (excluding packing and shipping). We would request that you return the print(s) to us within 14 working days of receipt.
Framing
All of the prints featured here are sold unframed. For each print we indicate whether the print is supplied with a window mount or not.
What is an original print?
Unless otherwise clearly indicated, all of the prints featured here are original prints, printed by the artist in limited editions, signed and numbered. These are not digital reproductions or giclee prints.

If you are looking for a specific print that is not available here, we are happy to keep a note of your interest. Please complete our print enquiry form and we will contact you if & when a copy becomes available.
